How we share your information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances described below:

Technicians and vetted partners.

For some categories of work, Helm coordinates services performed by independent technicians or vetted marine partners. To prepare quotes, estimates, or insights for your inquiry, we may share information about the work itself — for example, the vessel make, model, length, location, and the scope of work requested — with one or more technicians or partners.

We do not share your name, phone number, or email address with any technician or partner without your express permission. Once you authorize us to introduce a technician or partner to you, or you sign a service agreement that involves a partner, we will share the contact information needed to coordinate and complete the work.

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a lawful request from authorities, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud or illegal activity, or protect the safety of any person.
